Hi there! I’m Rebecca Vito, the founder of Deep Woods Solutions.

As an administrative professional with over 20 years experience, I’ve had the chance to help several small business owners grow their company. My expertise is in being the person that comes into a business to take care of the details that are either taking up too much of the owners time, or are being ignored because there just isn’t enough time to get to them. I look after the background details so you can focus on serving your customers.

A virtual assistant is the perfect solution when you need admin tasks completed, but aren’t ready to hire an employee. Or, you have an employee but their focus is needed elsewhere. Virtual assistants can help you with one-time projects or recurring tasks.

WHAT I DO: I’m a virtual assistant who works with solopreneurs and small business owners. I specialize in helping them with the admin pieces of their business, such as updating their website, organizing their file storage, and scheduling social media posts.

I’m based in beautiful Grey County, Ontario, but have worked with clients throughout Canada and the U.S.A.
